The Vernier DTS Friction Pad adds some friction back to Vernier's DTS plastic dynamics carts, so your students can study friction in a controlled way. Setting the friction amount is as simple as turning a knob.
Add a Vernier DTS Friction Pad and watch these carts move under very consistent friction force:
GDX-CART-G Vernier Go Direct Sensor Cart Green
GDX-CART-Y Vernier Go Direct Sensor Cart Yellow
DTS-CART-S Vernier Standard Cart
DTS-CART-P Vernier Plunger Cart or
DTS-CART-MEC Vernier Motion Encoder Cart
NOTE: The DTS-PAD Friction Pad does not fit onto Vernier's older metal dynamics carts that were part of the
VDS Vernier Dynamics Systems and sold from 2005-2012.
