A quality Nalgene 50 ml Oak Ridge translucent polypropylene copolymer tube which provides greater chemical resistance than polycarbonate and is able to be autoclaved repeatedly. The linerless, non-contaminating screw closure is made of polypropylene.
Features:
Can be used up to 50,000 x g in refrigerated or non-refrigerated centrifuges.
Leakproof during ordinary use.
Nalgene sealing caps are available for speeds greater than 10,000 x g or when spinning hazardous materials.
Before autoclaving set closure on top of the tube without engaging the threads.
Must be filled to at least 80% of the total capacity for proper performance.
