STAINLESS STEEL GAUZE/MESH MAT 150 x 150mm PACK OF 5.
Made of fine stainless steel gauze (mesh). This product is made specifically for us and is NOT AVAILABLE ELSEWHERE. The mesh size has been selected to minimise hot spots while ensuring maximum durability.
NEW STOCK now has a double fold-back for extra safety so that sharp edges are buried inside the fold-back. The safety edges are now 3 layers thick making for a very rigid construction.
The corners also have a bevel to minimise cuffs catching on the corner, the corners also have a safety fold-back to 'bury' the sharp edges.

Because stainless steel is a poor heat conductor there is a lower risk of burns.
