LED Light with Filters for Photosynthesis or Solar Cell Experiments - Rechargeable
Order code: SC1125-AA very bright condensed LED light and primary colour filters that are ideal for Photosynthesis or Solar Cell experiments.
LED light features:
• The built-in Li-ion rechargeable battery makes for easy portability
• A large lens condenses the light beam
• A swivelling arm provides mounting versatility
• Rubberised protective surround
• Four light modes which include high, medium, low and flashing
• USB charging port
• Output USB port also allows use as a battery bank
• Charge level indicator for keeping an eye on the remaining charge
The LED light comes with a USB charging cable, a charger is NOT included (use a phone or similar USB charger).
The 100x100mm red, green and blue primary coloured filters allow extended investigations of how different coloured lights affect photosynthesis.
Many lights are unsuitable for use with solar cells however this LED light is bright enough for use with solar cells. The coloured filters allow for extended investigations on solar cell efficiency under different coloured lights.
Maintain a small air gap between the LED lamp and filters so that the filters are not overheated.

Note: No filter holders are provided. Most users place a box or similar opaque container over the flora being studied. An opening for the filters is then made in the box or container.
