IEC MOTORISED VARIABLE SPEED STROBOSCOPE
The IEC Motorised Stroboscope is a strongly engineered, gear driven unit with inbuilt speed control and runs from either AC or DC up to 12V maximum. The gear drive ensures that the electric motor rotates fast to provide a predictable and stable output speed with useful torque to turn the slotted disc.
Hand driven discs are difficult to keep at a constant speed but this motor driven stroboscope maintains constant speed reasonably well.
Supplied with a set of 3 x 200mm diameter discs with 4, 8 and 12 slots and a blank disc to create your own slotted disc in the classroom.
The power cable is protected within the 6x300mm strong support stem which can be held in either of two positions with a bosshead on a retort stand.
