VERNIER WATER QUALITY BOTTLES
A box of 8 lightweight, unbreakable PET 300ml bottles with stoppers for general water quality use. The bottle inside is coated with a yellow amorphous carbon layer that provides a barrier to prevent oxygen from entering or leaving the stoppered sample.

These bottles and stoppers are ideal for collecting and transporting water without altering the dissolved oxygen concentration of the sample. When filled to capacity the specially designed neck and stopper combination prevent air bubbles from being trapped at the surface which could potentially alter the dissolved oxygen concentration.

The bottles and stoppers can also be used as replacements for PPK Vernier Primary Productivity Kit.

• 8 sample bottles
• 8 #4 stoppers

NOTE:
• Use for aqueous solutions only. Organic solutions may harm the PET and/or the inside coating.
• Bottles are not made using food grade PET. Do not drink from the bottles.
• Bottles will be damaged if exposed to temperatures exceeding 45°C.
• Do not use abrasive soaps, solvents or lab cleaners to clean bottles; they may damage the inner coating of the bottle. To clean, use a few drops of mild liquid dishwashing detergent and rinse each bottle several times after each use with tap or distilled water. Allow to air dry.
