IEC HELICAL STEEL SPRING KIT
The very simple Helical Steel Spring Kit consists of a 1kg and 0.5kg plated steel mass together with a suitable coil spring with an eye hook each end. By supporting the spring on a retort stand and applying the masses singly or together, Hooke's law can be explored and proven.

NOTE: The weights marked on the masses are approximate only. Weigh the masses to confirm their exact mass if very accurate results are required.
